Due to the growing number of projects, we are looking for a technical leader to build and lead a team of programmers. If you are a type of a leader, project management is your passion, you are a .NET specialist, and you thrive on challenges – we are looking just for you.

Requirements


Must have:

  • English at the level that enables free communication
  • Willingness to partially work in the afternoon or in the evening
  • Experience in managing a dispersed team as a technical leader or software developing team leader
  • Experience in international working environment
  • Knowledge of good programming practices
  • Self-discipline and ability to work in a team
  • Communicative skills and openness
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience working with the following technologies: C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API, JSON, REST/HTTP, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Windows
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience working with the following technologies: .NET Core, Git/Git Flow, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React, CSS, HTML

Nice to have the knowledge of the following:

  • Microsoft Azure: DevOps, App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB, App Insights
  • .NET Core: Web API, Web Jobs
  • Microservices, including Microsoft reference architecture

Responsibilities


  • Coordination of the work of a cross-functional project team
  • Cooperation with customers, business analysts, UI designers, or project managers
  • Planning and coordination tasks with developers based on agreed-upon functionalities
  • Designing and reviewing application architecture, supporting the team in the area of technology
  • Participation in building programming teams
  • Participation in the recruitment processes (job interviews)
  • Support for sales in the area of technical consultations, feasibility, and assessment of IT projects
  • Preparing and updating the board on the project work progress
